When you contact us

The contact form collects your name, email address, and message, plus your company and how you would like to start if you choose to share them. We use these details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss the work you ask about. We do not sell your information or add you to a mailing list.

The form uses Resend to deliver your enquiry to our inbox. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information through the form.

Visiting the site

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting infrastructure processes standard technical request information, such as IP address and browser type, to serve and protect the website.

Service providers

Our website hosting and email providers process information only as needed to deliver their services. Information may be processed or stored outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for our normal business and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
